This appeal arises out of order dated 18th July, 2016 passed by learned District Judge, Ganjam at Berhampur in Guardianship Petition No.1 of 2015, whereby the petition filed by the Appellants to appoint Mamata Moharana as the guardian of Appellant No.2, her minor son, was rejected. 3.

It appears that in the meantime, the Appellant No.2 has attained majority. In that view of the matter, the appeal has become infructuous.
