3. Heard Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the records.

4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the show cause notice dated 24th April, 2015 under Annexure-1 issued by the opposite party no.1- Special Secretary to Government of Odisha, Department of Steel and Mines against the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the writ

6. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

7. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
