In an attempt to satisfy that consideration of Lokayukta at Annexure-2 is illegal, petitioner attempted to satisfy his case through Annexure-3. This Court in consideration of order at Annexure-2 finds decision has been taken on the basis of reliance of the petitioner on an Inspection Report No.252/19-20. Petitioner while admitting that the Lokayukta might be justified in reaching on the outcome involved however, in order to strengthen his case brings further report for consideration, this Court finds there is no such report available with Lokayukta for consideration by the Lokayukta. In the circumstance, this Court finds the new information and further materials through any further document cannot be the basis of consideration of Annexure-2. In the circumstance, this Court finds no infirmity in Annexure-2 requiring to be interfered with. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
