This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Admit and allow the writ.

2. call for the records.

3. issue Rule Nisi calling upon the O.P.S.C., as to why the Petitioner shall not be engaged as nursing officer and C.D.M.O., Puri treating as S.E.B.C candidate instead of General candidate towards selection conducting (OSCCC) for the year 2020-2021.

And in case the opp.parties to fail to make counter or insufficient make the absolute any writ nature of.

4. That said opposite party No.6 having Roll No.5227 has also got 37 point of marks as S.E.B.C candidate and joined at Puri Hospital as staff Nurse but the petitioner as ignore to it so there is injustice.

5.Pass any order (s) direction in favour of the Petitioner by giving an opportunity to ventilate grievance before the C.D.M.O, Puri as per S.E.B.C stand in favour of her issued

// 2 // by the Revenue-cum-Tahasildar, dtd.11.12.2020 and for act of this kindness, the humble petitioner shall remained and for which act of kindness, as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 3 in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
