2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No.15/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.14/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 406/419/420/468/471/506 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court including the condition that he shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand).

5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
