This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ applicable and direct to the Opposite party no-1 and 2 to release the insured claim amount for the three L.I.C. Policies bearing Nos. (i) 588224496-SA5,05,000, dated 17.01.2008, (ii) 588224940-SA-2, 15,000, dated. 28.01.2008, (iii) 587647273-SA-7,00,000, dated 28.05.2010, in favour of the petitioners/ legal heirs of the deceased policy holder as the petitioners are the wife and daughter of the deceased insurance policy order taking into consideration by Annexure-5 has deemed just and proper.
And pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bona fide interest of justice.
And for which act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds the petitioners request in the same regard is pending vide Annexure-5 series before opposite party No.1, the writ petition stands
// 2 // disposed of directing to opposite party No.1 to look into the request of the petitioners at Annexure-1 and take decision, as appropriate, with communication of the result thereof to the petitioner by completing entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
