1. With only one vacancy earmarked for the unreserved (UR) category and with Opposite Party No.3 having topped the merit list for the UR category, she would have in any event secured the appointment, even if it not for the reservation being horizontally made for the women's quota.

2. In that view the matter, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
