Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 2278 of 2021 arising out of Harichandan P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Keonjhar, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/302/304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 4 D.P.Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of her application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vig.), Keonjhar by Order dtd.12.04.2022 in Bail Application No.46/24 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation as made more particularly filing of Charge-sheet on 10.04.2022 and that the petitioner being the elder mother-in-law of the decased, this

Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
