None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 4th February, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.91 of 2007. 4.

From the order sheet, it appears that on last two occasions, i.e. on 18th August, 2010 and 30th April, 2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner, when the matter was called. In that view of the matter, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. 6.

Accordingly, this RPFAM stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.

The interim order dated 21st May, 2010 passed in M.C. No.61 of 2010 stands vacated.
