This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Directing the Opposite Parties to consider the petitioner's application under Annexure-3-series by sanctioning 2nd RACP with effect from 28.12.2015 in the P.B.-2 scale Rs.9,300-34,800/- with G.P. Rs.4,200/- and to quash the order dtd.

10.1.2020 under Annexure-4".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 2 in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
