1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 28th March, 2022 in connection with Golamunda P.S.
Case No.48/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.190/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dharamgarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/294/323/324/307/506/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner attacked the son of the informant by means of a knife causing bleeding injury on the left side of his neck and other parts of the body. The certified copy of the injury report of the injured shows that he had sustained injuries including two grievous injuries.
5. However, considering the fact that from the nature of accusations, a definite intention to kill the victim is, prima facie, unable to be made out as also the fact that the injured victim has been discharged from hospital on 25th March, 2022 as per the discharge certificate filed in Court by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
