Heard Mr. C. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

After some arguments were advanced by Mr. C. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, he made a prayer that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.
