Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances more fully narrated herein above the petitioners most humbly prays your Lordship[s be kind enough and graciously be pleased to direct the Collector, Kendrapara and Tahasildar, Pattamundai to take necessary steps for removal/disposes of encroachment made by OP No.5 from the village Road/SARVASADHARANRASTA appertaining to Plot 1934, Khata No.731, under Mouza-Pachhapada, TahasilPattamundai in the district-Kendrapara within a stipulated period.
Or in alternative to direct the O.P.4 to take necessary steps upon the representation dtd.5.4.2021 of the petitioners and other co-villagers within a time frame." 3.
Since this matter involves a complain proceeding under the provision of the OPLE Act, this Court observes, in the event the Tahasildar, Pattamundai is in receipt of the complain, vide Annexure-2, he shall undertake an exercise under the provision of the OPLE Act also involving O.P.5 herein by completing the entire
// 2 // exercise within a period of six months at least from the date of communication of this order.
