This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the criminal proceeding in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.219 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1305 of 2014, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all such contention at the appropriate stage before the court in seisin over the matter.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty sought for.
