1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Banki P.S. Case No.115/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.169/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Banki for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 323/325/294/354/506 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the facts of the case while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Banki in the aforesaid case in the first hour and to move for bail and in case of rejection thereof, he shall be at liberty to move the higher forum for bail in the second hour, which shall be disposed of on the same day.
5. The case diary and other documents be made available at the cost of the Petitioner.
6. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
