This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to serve copy of the writ petition in course of the day on Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned ASGI for Union of India.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief:
"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI, calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the representations under Anenxure-2 series shall not be considered favourably and dispose of the same within stipulated time and why the Opp. Parties shall not be directed to pay the full current salary from the date of his joining as on today and all his allowances as the deserves after fixation of his pay as per revised scale of pay rules and in the event the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient or
// 2 // false cause make the Rule NISI absolute and allow the writ petition with cost."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Director General of CISF, Saket, New Delhi-Opposite Party No.1, on which, no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the said representation expeditiously. 6.
Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-2 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Opposite Party No.1 is also directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
