Mr. Subir Palit, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellant has produced a copy of the letter dated 30th June, 2022 written by the Director Examination in-Charge to the Respondent No.1 requiring him to submit all the original documents against his claim of appearance in various examinations including publication results within 15 days. The said letter is taken on record.
