Learned counsel for the petitioner files an affidavit sworn in by the petitioner indicating therein about submission of final form in this case as FIR false, but the petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has challenged the criminal proceeding in this case. 3.

In view of final form being submitted as FIR false in this case, there remains nothing to adjudicate upon in this case, which has become infructuous.
