1. A letter dated 2nd November, 2022 has been sent by the Coordinator, High Court of Orissa Arbitration Centre, Cuttack stating that Mr. K.M.H. Niamati, the learned Arbitrator who had been appointed, has declined to act as Arbitrator and continue with the arbitration proceedings.

2. Accordingly, the Court appoints Mr. Saurjya Kanta Padhi, Senior Advocate practicing in this Court, as sole Arbitrator to conduct the arbitration proceedings and adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration proceedings under the aegis of the High Court Arbitration Centre shall continue from the stage at which the earlier Arbitrator was seized of the matter. A copy of this

order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as the Coordinator, Arbitration Centre forthwith.

3. The records of the arbitration be entrusted to Mr. Padhi, learned Arbitrator forthwith to enable him to continue the arbitration proceedings from the stage at which it was.
