Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner who was working as Anganwadi Worker Supervisor is stated to have retired on superannuation on 30.04.2022. Her grievance is " inclusion in GPF & Pension Rule, 1992" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance she has made a representation to the Secretary, GA & Pension Department, Government of Orissa- opposite party No.2.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court directs opposite party No.2 for consideration of the representation of the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
