1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Rengali P.S. Case No.163/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2677/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 148/152/341/294/353/427/506/149 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.
5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
