This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special Case No.71/12 of 2021, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No.29 of 2021, under Section 366/376(2)(n)/376(3) of I.P.C. read with Section 6 of POCSO Act and is in custody since 27.02.2021. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar, by order dated 06.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and tenor of the same and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail, on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
