This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is seen from the record that since there is allegation against the appellant under the POCSO Act, the appellant has to file bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. At this juncture, an oral prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to concert the appeal to bail application under Section 439, Cr.P.C. 4.

Prayer is allowed.

Registry is directed to convert the CRLA to BLAPL and list this matter before the appropriate Bench next week. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge Jagabandhu
