Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to demarcate Plot Nos.66 and 67 under Khata No.153 to an extent of area Ac.0.30 decimal and Ac.0.250 decimal respectively situated in mouza Cuttack Town Unit No.30 Andarpur under Cuttack tahasil.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits, interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a suit for appropriate relief and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
