1. It is stated that the enquiry has been completed and the report is also available with the Bank. Since it is virtually in compliance with the order of the learned Single Judge, the Court sees no reason at this stage to interfere.

2. Let the fresh inquiry be taken to its next logical step. If as mentioned by the learned counsel for the Appellants, the Respondent-Employee has expired, then his retiral benefits if any due as a result of the enquiry will be paid to his legal representatives in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
