2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Balimi P.S. Case No.75/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.232/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 379/411/34 of I.P.C., section 51 of Orissa Minor Mineral Concession Rules and Section 21 of Mines and Minerals (Regulations of Development) Act.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.

5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
