It is submitted by Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate that the victim girl, having been rescued, her statement U/S. 164 Cr. P.C. has already been recorded and since she is stated to be a major, she has been allowed to go with the alleged accused, who is her husband now.

In view of such fact, nothing survives for consideration in the present WPCRL and the same is accordingly disposed of. 5.
