1. Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Samantray, learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

2. Having heard both parties and considering the nature of injuries, without further getting into the details of computation, the amount of compensation is enhanced by a further consolidated sum of Rs.15,000/-(fifteen thousand).

3. Accordingly, the Insurer-Respondent No.2 is directed to pay the further consolidated amount of Rs.15,000/- to the ClaimantAppellant within a period of eight weeks from today. It goes without saying that right of recovery granted in favour of the Insurer by the learned Tribunal is not disbursed.

4. The appeal is disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
