Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted that because of the direction issued by this Court as per the order dated 29.06.2022 that the said order shall not be given effect to if the petitioner is found to have any criminal antecedents, learned Court below has not accepted the bail bond furnished by the petitioner by holding that the pendency of the other case, i.e., C.T. Case No.19(A)/2019 corresponding to Padmapur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 is pending against the petitioner. However, this Court also granted bail in the said case by order passed in BLAPL No. 3774 of 2022. 4.

Learned Court below is directed to accept the bail bonds furnished by the petitioner in view of the fact that the same petitioner has also been granted bail by this Court as per order passed in BLAPL No. 3774 of 2022 passed on the same day.
