This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This CONTC has been filed for willful disobedience of the Orders dated 21.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15632 of 2020, dated 29.07.2020 passed in I.A. No.8306 of 2020 and dated 05.01.2021 passed in CONTC No.5418 of 2020. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor produces before this Court a copy of the Order No.10648 dated 17.06.2021, vide which the representation of the Petitioner has already been disposed of by passing a reasoned Order and a copy of the same has been marked to the present Petitioner vide Memo No10649 dated 17.06.2021.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a copy of the said Order is yet to be communicated to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the State supplies photocopy of the said Order to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner today in the Court. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt Proceeding stands dropped and CONTC is disposed of.

Needless to mention that if the Petitioner has any grievance with regard to said communication dated 17.06.2021, he may approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances, if any.
