This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 15th May, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.138 of 2002, whereby the criminal proceeding has been dismissed due to the order passed in Civil Proceeding No.161 of 2002, dissolving the marriage between the Petitioner No.1 and Opposite Party, directing to pay Petitioner No.1 permanent alimony of Rs.4,00,000/- and lump sum amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to Petitioner No.2.

Since none appears to pursue the matter, this RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
