Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, paragraph-5 of the order dated 03.08.2022 is deleted. Further, the date of surrender as stipulated in Order dated 03.08.2022 is extended by three weeks from today as last chance. 4.

The rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
