This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order 31.08.2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chhatrapur in Misc. Case No.74 of 2007 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has awarded a monthly maintenance of Rs.2700/- in favour of the Opposite Party-wife, which was confirmed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Chhatrapur in Criminal Revision Petition No.11 of 2009/55/2009-G.D.C vide order dated 31.01.2012.

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called. This case is yet to be admitted and the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
