Heard Mr.B.K.Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to Mr.Behera, the petitioner is aggrieved by non-disposal of Crl.P.Case No. 42 of 2019 filed by her under Section 125 Cr.P.C. praying for maintenance which is pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda to dispose of the above case within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda to make all endeavour to dispose of the above case in accordance with law by the end of this year.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.
