2. Compliance affidavit dated 02.07.2022 sworn by the Authorised Officer, Canara Bank is on record.

3. The petitioners allege non-compliance of the order dated 16.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.28216 of 2021 directing the authority of the Bank to consider and disposed of the OTS proposal that was to be submitted by the petitioner.

4. From the show cause affidavit, it is apparent that the letter dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure-C series) has been issued to the petitioner from the Bank captioned as Reply to your "OTS application". The said letter indicates consideration of the OTS proposal of the petitioner and it's rejection.

5. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
