This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 06.03.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda in ICC No.1 of 2012 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 420/120 IPC against them. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution but liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if the proceeding still survives.
