This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 11th October, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.15 of 2011.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that this Court vide order dated 20th February, 2013, issued notice on the question of limitation. Thereafter, no step is taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed. 5.

In view of the above, this Court feels that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
