2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"The petitioners, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and/or any other further writ/direction and set aside the order dated 12.02.2021 & order dated 19.05.2021, 19.05.2021, 19.05.2021, 23.04.2021, 24.03.2021, 2.08.2021 under Annexure-1 & 2 series respectively and further be pleased to fix the pay of the petitioner in Level-8, Cell-24 at Rs.57,500/- in the Pay Matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

He further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 20.04.2022 at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition before the

// 2 // O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account communication made by the Govt. in the Panchayatiraj and D.W. Department on 12.04.2022 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
