This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 07.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.4952 of 2021.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the cause title of the application, the nomenclature of the case in the Court below has been inadvertently mentioned as G.R. instead of C.T. and that is the reason; the error has crept in the order for correction of which he seeks the permission.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct as above. The correction be also accordingly carried out in the order. It is submitted that the Petitioner having been directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest, in the meantime, charge sheet has already been submitted and therefore, he would be surrendered before the Court in Seisin of the case. 4.

In view of the above submission, this application stands disposed of with the observation that under the circumstance, the Petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case and moves for his release on bail citing the order passed in BLAPL No. 4952 of 2021.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
