1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kharavelanagar P.S. Case No.88/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1763/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/294/323/501/506/507/34 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court. The court below shall also look into the fact that the Petitioner is an outsider belonging to the State of U.P.

5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
