This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(a) Opposite parties No.1 to 6 shall nto be directed to make due inquiry with regard to the alleged illegal and unauthorized procurement of paddy by the Asst. Secretary of Surapratappur SCS Ltd., (b) Opposite party No.7 shall not be directed to recall the order of re-instatement of Opposite Party No.8 for the better interest of the society;

(c) Opposite Party No.6 shall not be directed to consider and disposed of the representation dated 18.04.2022 under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a stipulated period;

(d) An order of allotment of Co. Operative Societies to Election Officer and consequential Election Notice dtd. 17.04.2022 under Annexure-4 & 5 shall not be quashed;

(e) And if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause said rule NISI be made absolute and appropriate direction may be issued in the nature of mandamus, writ of prohibition or any other writ of like nature be issued in granting the relief as prayed for;

// 2 // And pass such other order/orders or to issue such other writ/writs, as would afford, complete relief to the petitioners."

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have efficacious statutory remedy to redress their grievances. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
