This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to keep in abeyance the order dated 11th November, 2021 (Annexure-5) issued by the Sub-Registrar, Khallikote directing him to pay deficit registration fee of Rs.71,762/- and fine amount of Rs.5,000/- under Section 64 of the Registration Act and order dated 11th January, 2022 (Annexure-7) issued by the Sub-Registrar, Khallikote enhancing deficit registration fee of Rs.98,154/- and fine amount of Rs.5,000/- under Section 64 of the Act till disposal of Appeal No. 24 of 2020 pending before Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata. .

Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.5 submits that in the meantime, Appeal No. 24 of 2020 is disposed of and the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal has

// 2 // remitted the matter back to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack for hearing of the matter afresh.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
