This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 19th February, 2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur in 1.C.C. No.18 of 2008 and the order dated 30th November, 2009 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Sundargarh in Criminal Revision No.06/07 of 2009. 3.
As it appears, the aforesaid order of the learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur relates to taking cognizance against the Petitioner which has been confirmed in the aforesaid criminal revision.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

The defect is yet to be removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
