Considering the pendency of a mutation case over six years, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Maneswar-opposite party no.3 to complete the exercise involving Mutation Case No.451 of 2016 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however ensuring completion of service on parties concerned and providing opportunity to all concerned.
