During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty for the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 23.04.2021 does no more survive.
