Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client availed loan from opposite party nos.2 and 3. There was default in repayment of installments. Now his client seeks interference for purpose of closing the loan accounts as said opposite parties are demanding exorbitant amount. He submits, his client made representation dated 4th April, 2022. He submits, there be direction for consideration of said representation.

In view of submissions made on behalf of petitioner, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead opposite party nos.2 and 3 may consider said representation dated 4th April, 2022 made by petitioner upon him approaching with same and this order. Decision on the representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks of approach.

The writ petition is disposed of.
