This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 25.01.2012 passed by the learned Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge, FTC, Puri in Criminal Revision No.32/38 of 2008 confirming the order dated 18.02.2008 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara in Misc. Case No.50 of 2005 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has awarded a monthly maintenance of Rs.1200/- from the date of the application i.e. from 24.06.2005. 3.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. This case is of the year 2012. Till date this case has been admitted.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
