None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. In this case, the order dated 01.09.2017 passed in Spl. G.R. No. 51 of 2015 by the learned Special Judge, Jagatsinghpur arising out of Naugaon P.S. No. 139 of 2015 under Section 354 (A)/ 506 of IPC read with Section 8 of POCSO Act rejecting an application of the petitioner under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. for discharging him from the alleged offences has been rejected by a reasoned order.

More than four years have elapsed in the meanwhile. The matter has been listed for Fresh Admission for the first time today. The matter must have become infructuous.

The CRLREV is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021,
