2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 09.08.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Case No.10 of 2011 issuing N.B.W. against him.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
