1. Heard Mr. M. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. Initially the Petitioner approached this Court in ABLAPL No.16494 of 2021 praying for her release on anticipatory bail, which was not entertained on the ground that all the offences alleged were bailable in nature. After submission of the chargesheet adding graver offence under Sections 307/506, I.P.C., the Petitioner again moved the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur praying her release on anticipatory bail in BLAPL No.106 of 2022, which was rejected by order dated 09.03.2022.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and keeping aforesaid background facts in view, I am not inclined to entertain the present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
